Mulberry Positive Living Courses each focus on an area of life that has a key influence in our happiness and fulfilment in life. They  are designed to develop awareness, inspire and empower you to make the changes you want to improve your life.

The courses range from 1 to 8 weeks duration with sessions lasting from 2-4 hours. They are held in small friendly groups in easily accessible venues such as local community centres and organisations.

Relaxation Sessions

The Relaxation sessions are single sessions that offer a perfect opportunity for complete relaxation and guided visualisation. A rejuvenating experience that can enhance personal insight, combat stress and improve wellbeing.


I aim to provide courses that are accessible to everyone who will benefit from them, including those with limited income. I offer courses free to local communities and organisations when funding allows this. When charges do apply reduced rates can be negotiated for individuals on low incomes.
